1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between ek8plus ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service provided through the ek8plus website and its associated platforms (collectively, "the Service").

By creating an account on ek8plus, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Service immediately.

These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the complete agreement between you and ek8plus.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the ek8plus platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of deposited funds and credited bonuses held in your Account at any given time, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, reload offer, cashback, or other incentive offered by ek8plus to eligible Players.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process required by ek8plus to confirm the identity, age, and residential details of a Player before processing certain transactions.
• "Platform" means the ek8plus website, mobile interface, games, sports betting markets, and all associated digital services.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region where online gambling is prohibited, restricted, or otherwise unlawful under applicable legislation.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total betting turnover that must be achieved before a Bonus amount or Bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• "MYR" or "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the official currency of Malaysia and the base currency of all ek8plus transactions.

3 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to open and maintain an Account with ek8plus, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during which your Account is active:

1. You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and remain of legal gambling age throughout your use of the Platform.
2. You are accessing the Service from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
3. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
4. You have not previously been self-excluded, suspended, or banned from ek8plus or, to the best of your knowledge, from any other regulated online gambling platform for fraudulent conduct.
5. You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, officer, or director of ek8plus, nor are you a close family member of any such individual.
6. You possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

4 Registration & KYC Verification

To access the full range of ek8plus services, including deposits and withdrawals, you must complete the registration process and pass identity verification.

5 Terms of Use

By using the ek8plus Platform, you agree to the following general terms of use:

• You will use the Service solely for personal entertainment purposes and not for any commercial, professional, or arbitrage activity.
• You will not use any automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or other programs to interact with the Platform in an automated or non-human manner.
• You will not attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of the Platform.
• You acknowledge that gambling carries an inherent risk of financial loss and that ek8plus does not guarantee any outcome or profit from your participation.
• You will at all times comply with these Terms and with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction in connection with your use of the Service.
• You consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the ek8plus Privacy Policy.

6 Deposits

ek8plus accepts deposits exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following approved payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and cryptocurrency (BTC and USDT via TRC20 or ERC20 networks). Additional methods may be introduced at ek8plus's discretion from time to time.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to applicable limits and verification requirements.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

ek8plus offers a range of promotional Bonuses to both new and existing Players. All Bonuses are subject to the general terms set out below as well as any specific terms stated alongside the individual promotion.

• Bonuses are credited to eligible Accounts at ek8plus's discretion and subject to the Player meeting all stated eligibility criteria at the time of the offer.
• Each Bonus carries a specified Wagering Requirement, expressed as a multiplier of the Bonus amount (e.g., 20x). The Wagering Requirement must be met in full before any Bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Unless otherwise stated, Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period of the Bonus. Uncompleted Bonuses expire automatically at the end of the validity period and are forfeited without compensation.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash directly.
• ek8plus reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any Bonus promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that accrued Bonus obligations to Players who have already accepted an offer will be honoured subject to these Terms.
• Abuse of Bonus promotions, including but not limited to collusion, use of multiple Accounts, or systematic exploitation of wagering patterns, will result in forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension.

9 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all bets and wagers placed on the ek8plus Platform across all game types and sports markets.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ek8plus Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or otherwise unauthorised payment methods to fund an Account.
• Opening or operating more than one Account simultaneously or in succession after Account closure.
• Using software, algorithms, artificial intelligence, or any automated system to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in money laundering, match-fixing, collusion, chip-dumping, or any other form of fraudulent activity on the Platform.
• Allowing a third party to access or use your Account on your behalf, whether for financial gain or otherwise.
• Exploiting a technical error, software bug, or system vulnerability for financial gain. Any winnings derived from known system errors are not payable.
• Engaging in behaviour that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward ek8plus staff or other Players via any communication channel.

11 Responsible Gambling

ek8plus is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. We provide a suite of player protection tools accessible from your Account dashboard, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are designed to help you manage your gambling activity in a sustainable and responsible manner.

Players who wish to set a self-exclusion may do so directly from the Account settings. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period. ek8plus enforces self-exclusion across all access points of the Platform.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the ek8plus Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software code, game interfaces, audio, video, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of ek8plus or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sublicense, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of ek8plus.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ek8plus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity.
• Losses arising from temporary platform unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or third-party infrastructure issues.
• Losses arising from delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses attributable to your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Any decisions made by you in reliance on Platform content, odds, or game outcomes.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by ek8plus's gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

14 Account Suspension & Termination

ek8plus reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or associated policies.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete the KYC verification process within a reasonable timeframe.
• Duplicate Account activity.
• Chargebacks initiated by the Player against legitimate transactions.
• Provision of false information during registration or at any subsequent point.

In the event of Account termination for a breach of these Terms, ek8plus reserves the right to withhold any Balance, Bonus credits, and associated winnings pending investigation. Where termination is initiated by ek8plus without cause, any confirmed real-money Balance (excluding Bonus funds not yet meeting Wagering Requirements) will be returned to the Player via their most recent payment method.

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting the ek8plus support team via live chat or email.

15 Amendments to These Terms

ek8plus reserves the right to update, revise, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered Players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the ek8plus Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the ek8plus Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of a dispute between you and ek8plus that cannot be resolved through direct communication with our customer support team, ek8plus may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with international commercial arbitration rules.

All complaints should be submitted in the first instance to the ek8plus support team via live chat or email, providing full details of the issue. We will endeavour to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and provide a full response within 5 business days.
